NURSERY

Application Forms can be obtained from the school office or by completing the form below and places are allocated by the school. There are a mix of morning and afternoon 15 hour places with a maximum class size of 39. We also offer breakfast club provision at an additional cost. All applicants are requested to contact us to make an appointment to view the provision before applying.

A form of identification such as a Birth Certificate or Passport will need to be seen alongside a completed application form.
