Mrs L Bray - Headteacher

I have had the privilege of being here at Mesty Croft Primary since the beginning of 2013 when I joined as Deputy Headteacher. I graduated as a teacher in 1999 and have taught in every year group from Nursery through to Year Six. I started my career in Telford and Wrekin before moving to Sandwell, and it was here that I chose to stay. Growing up, I always knew that I wanted to be a teacher and I am proud to have achieved one of my lifetime ambitions of becoming a Headteacher. 

My other passions in life are my family (husband, and two sons aged 21 and 17), Willow-my 3 year old Springer Spaniel, my Peloton bike and Arsenal Football Club.

My claim to fame is that I once appeared on a BBC1 daytime television programme...'To Buy or Not to Buy' with my best friend! My future ambitions are to complete a London Marathon and to learn to play the piano.
