  To celebrate this year’s Black History Month theme 'Reclaiming Narratives', each class was tasked with studying the contributions and achievements of one black individual from the West Midlands throughout the month. This learning culminated in a special assembly held on Wednesday 23rd October whereby each class had the opportunity to showcase and celebrate their figure. From poet, Benjamin Zephaniah to chef, Rustie Lee; footballer, Jude Bellingham to Olympic Heptathlete, Denise Lewis, there was much to be celebrated.
