Friday 5th February

The ‘Remote Learning’ School Day for Reception - Friday

In order to keep the day as familiar as possible for children, we will be following the same timetable during each day of remote learning:

 

9.00 - 9.30: Registration

Please log onto teams and enter a live lesson with your teacher who will take the register. The daily timetable will then be shared with the children followed by Dough Disco, scavenger hunt, word of the day and ‘hold a sentence’.  

 

9.30 - 10:00: Physical Activity

Please see activity kink below. We appreciate that you may also want to go outdoors for your daily exercise.

10:00 - 10:30: RWI

1.00 – 2.00: Express Arts and Design – Being Imaginative

Can your create something to represent your favourite part of the story?

Can you create something for one of the characters?

You may want to make a card from Goldilocks to the 3 bears – do you think she may want to apologise for breaking into their beautiful house?

 

2.00 - 3.00: Free Choice Friday!

For Free Choice Friday we want you to do something that makes you happy!

There are lots of things you can do at home, here are a few ideas:

  • Make a puppet show
  • Have a teddy bears picnic
  • Play in the garden
  • Watch your favourite TV show
  • Build with Lego
