Mental Health Awareness Week

At Mesty Croft Academy we take mental health and well-being very seriously.  We know how important it is to be healthy in every respect.  That is why we invest in our PSHE curriculum, Place2Be and focus on Learning Behaviours.

This week (18th to 24th) May is Mental Health Awareness Week – organised by the Mental Health Foundation.  At this very difficult time, we are all aware that people are vulnerable to higher levels of stress and anxiety.   The focus of this year’s awareness week is kindness.

How can you get involved?

  • Use the link below to find resources and ideas.
  • Share acts of kindness with your teacher through the Year group page of our website.
  • Send ideas to your school council via the Year group page about how we can promote and celebrate kindness in school.

We have a wonderful school, full of wonderful people…

How can we make it even better?  An even kinder and healthier place?
